Terms of Service and Conditions of Use

Feedmesh (feedmesh.com and the Feedmesh apps) is run by Feedmesh, a sole proprietorship based in Minnesota, USA. In these terms, "Feedmesh", "we" and "us" mean Feedmesh. You can reach us at [email protected].

1. Terms

By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.

2. Use License

  1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Feedmesh's web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
    1. modify or copy the materials;
    2. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
    3. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Feedmesh's web site;
    4. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
    5. transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.
  2. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Feedmesh at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

3. Your Account

You're responsible for your account and for what's done with it, including by apps you connect to it. Keep your sign-in to yourself, and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used it. Feedmesh may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, abuse the service, or put other people or the service at risk.

4. Feeds and Articles

Feedmesh shows articles from the feeds you choose to follow. Those articles belong to their publishers. Feedmesh shows them so you can read them, with links back to the publisher's site. Use them for your own reading, and don't republish them; where a publisher offers an article only to its subscribers, Feedmesh shows what the publisher makes available and links to the rest.

5. Connected Apps and AI Agents

  1. You can connect other apps, such as AI agents through Feedmesh's MCP server, to your account. An app gets only what you allow when you connect it, acts on your behalf, and can be disconnected anytime from your account page. Feedmesh isn't responsible for what a connected app does with what it receives; only connect apps you trust.
  2. Connected apps, the API and private feeds are for your own, personal use. Don't use them to republish articles' full text, to build a copy of a site, or in a product or service, unless we've agreed to it in writing.
  3. Each plan has daily amounts (for example, requests and full-text articles a day), listed on the Feedmesh Plus page, and requests are limited per minute. Feedmesh may change these amounts, and may slow, limit or stop access that looks automated beyond personal use or that harms the service.

6. Feedmesh Plus

  1. Feedmesh Plus is an optional paid subscription that adds to what connected apps, the API and private feeds can do. The Feedmesh apps and website stay free without it. What Plus includes and its prices are on the Feedmesh Plus page.
  2. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
  3. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account page; Plus then stays active until the end of the period you've paid for and doesn't renew. If a renewal payment fails, Plus continues for a few days while the payment is retried, then ends.
  4. If we change Plus's price, we'll tell you before it applies to your subscription, and the new price starts at your next renewal after that.

7. Refunds

If you're not satisfied with Feedmesh Plus, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of a payment, including a renewal: email [email protected], or contact Paddle through the link in your receipt. If you're in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the legal right to cancel a purchase within 14 days. Refunds go back to the way you paid. After 14 days, payments aren't refunded, but you can cancel so the subscription doesn't renew.

8. Disclaimer

  1. The materials on Feedmesh's web site are provided "as is". Feedmesh makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Feedmesh does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet web site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

9. Limitations

In no event shall Feedmesh or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Feedmesh's Internet site, even if Feedmesh or a Feedmesh authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

10. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on Feedmesh's web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Feedmesh does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. Feedmesh may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. Feedmesh does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

11. Links

Feedmesh has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Internet web site and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Feedmesh of the site. Use of any such linked web site is at the user's own risk.

12. Site Terms of Use Modifications

Feedmesh may revise these terms of use for its web site at any time. We'll update the date at the top of this page, and for changes that matter to Feedmesh Plus subscribers, tell them by email first. By using this web site you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.

13. Governing Law

Any claim relating to Feedmesh's web site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
